Here are the decks that are available.
Prices are $135 shipped anywhere in North America (Canada, Continental USA if you didnt know lol, sure you did)
except the wannabees there $75 Shipped
and if wanting more than one give me a shout can work out a deal (cheaper shipping)
As for the decks you people pretty much know what they are, but all the widowmakers are 1/2″ versions, so their not straight up dh machines (thicker version), but the more versatile cruiser/hill bombers, and the watermelon one is already gone btw
(Look at post above for new pics)
Well not really a write off, but took a crash on sunday and have been a little sore since, so haven’t done much.
But one thing did happen this week, ended up making a new deck with Josh Weisfeld, he happened to be in town, but we ended up building this deck, the shape is his creation and we just used a pre presses blank i had, but were gonna make some tweaks, but its a really fun deck.
So here is the Atomic Tuna
currently its 36.75″ x 9.5″ wide with a range of wheelbase options from 18.5″ all the way up to 22.5″
the idea was a single kick pool/park/freeride/dh/curbgrinder/whatever you want it to be deck and i can say its definitely a fun deck, ill be making myself one once i do a revised mold.
As for the road rash on sunday last week, went out and did some dh with friends it was also one of the first dh sessions of the season, well i got spanked not too bad but enough that moving hurts, ill say it was due to a combination of things but really just boiled down to me not taking in easy for the first couple sessions out to get the feeling/skill level back.
So haven’t done much this week due to the rash, heres a pic from a couple days ago after i removed the initial scab, also have some on my hip with a decent bruise and a chunk missing in one place, but its healing up nicely.
I take this as a sign of a good season, stoked for this year
Did this fullsize dancer up for a return customer, its his design for the graphic, also included a pic of a couple riders decks i finished not that long ago.
Oh and the trucks name is Abigale (1938 International Harvester 1/2 ton), she will hopefully be back on the road again this summer and possibly going to some events.
Haven’t been updating much but i hope to change that shortly with some board pics and some site formatting and changes.
Also ive decided that im not gonna be doing requested full customs anymore, as the the turn around time for a full custom just takes too long for what i would like, as i want the decks to get to the riders as soon as possible, but the customs consistently get bogged down, due to the extra steps involved.
But saying that if its a minor change graphically to say one of my stock options on the site, feel free to give me a shout.
- This doesn’t mean i wont be doing my more unique and higher end decks anymore, this will just allow me to focus on my main line of decks (as in rider and shop orders), but still be able to do my higher end customs how i want, which will allow me to push my own abilities and skill level but with no time-frames involved.
So expect a new section in the store called the “Artisan Line” it will be all one off custom paint jobs by myself, with eventually other artists doing their thing on Roggs decks aswell, but that’s all to come.
- also the new widowmaker shape is good to go, i just need to finish a couple up so i can take some pictures to update the store with.
- as for that proto shape i was hoping to get the production mold done by the end of january, that didn’t really happens, i still need to make it but now that the new widowmaker shape is all good to go, i should have enough time to crank it out.
Sorry people im currently a bit behind on emails, not to mention my vid card died on me the other day so im currently waiting on my new one to get here, but once it does ill get back to your emails, as right now im just periodically using a friends computer till mine is usable again.
Sorry about that, the plus side though is its forcing me to spend more time in the shop
Here is the revised shape of the new widowmaker, the wheel wells on it will probably be different, as i just hand bombed these and need to check it for wheel clearance and so i know where to make adjustments if any.
But its ready to go as far as thats concerned so ill be adding it to the shop items in the next day or so
Im taking off to visit family up north and wont be back till the 9th, but ill address all emails when i get back.
